Cronos

also: Κρόνος, crooked-counselling Cronos

Titan, father of Zeus, Hera, Demeter, Hades, Poseidon, and Hestia by Rhea, overthrown by Zeus before the action of these hymns; named explicitly as Hera's father in Hymn 5, though he is far more often invoked only through the patronymic epithets Cronion/Cronides for Zeus.
